We are hoping to get to Seaworld this year, and I'm late in the game getting my itinerary ready!! Does anyone have any advice to offer on which days to spend where...??... My husband is doing the Florida 1/2 Ironman on Sunday, so we are thinking of not really visiting any parks until Sunday afternoon and chillin at the pool Fri/Sat...

Friday - arrive late am - check into Vistana and swim
Saturday - hang out at pool - mom maybe to go to outlet malls (figure the parks are way too crowded on Sat)
Sunday- 1/2 day somewhere
Monday - Animal Kingdom
Tuesday - Magic Kinddom
Wednesday - Seaworld
Thursday - MGM
Friday - drive home (possibly go to a park)

Any help is appreciated - usually I'm much more organized where my Disney trips are concerned!!!

Also, any info on Disney Reward Dollars would be great - I have $530, figure I will buy the kids tickets with that (we have leftovers for us), and I'm hoping I can actually purchase disney dollars to use at kiosks...???...????

Thanks!!!

We stayed at Vistana villages last month, and it is very close to Sea World! We went to Sea World on a Thursday and it was not at all crowded. We saw alot of great shows and were back at the vistana pool by 4pm!

A couple weeks ago we went to seaworld on a Wednesday and it wasn't crowded at all.We ate at the hospitality house very good food!!

Thank you so much for your posts!! We leave tomorrow, I'm so excited :cheer2: :cheer2:

i tend to go on sat or sun and avoid the theme parks i find seaworld less crowded on these days

We're planning on going Mon. 8/22 or Tues. 8/23. How are the crowds, usually, on these days of the week, this time of year?

Planning on being at the gates before opening and doing the Shark Tour too.

Our only experiences at SeaWorld were on Christmas Day in 2000, and another day between then and New Year's (because of their 2nd-day-free plan). It wasn't crowded either time. We'll be in Florida the last two weeks of December this year, and we plan to do all of our Disney days between Dec. 19th & 23rd - before the parks get totally crazy. We'll probably go to SeaWorld on the 24th, before DD & her fiancee leave the next day for a 4-night cruise, while my granddaughter and I mostly veg out and enjoy our rented villa with heated private pool. We may go back to SeaWorld for that second day free after they get back from their cruise.
