best days for parks

Hi please can someone give me some advise
We are going to FLorida 14th May 2005 not out first time but is our first time to certain parks. does anyone know the quietest days for :- Animal Kingdom/Universal IOA/Busch Gardens/Blizard beach? Also i've never been in May before whats the weather normally like?

Obviously weekends are going to busy at most of the parks. I believe Allearnet.com has a list of days when which parks are the busiest. However, I will say with the new EMH program you will find those parks that have EMH that day to be busier. I would avoid those parks during normal business hours, but attend those parks during the EMH timeslots. The Magic Kingdom tends to be the busiest during Sundays and Mondays. People usually arrive in Orlando on Saturday and the first park they want to visit is the MK. Wednesday and Thursday would be good MK days unless there is an EMH for MK park.
