Best Day Post-Memorial Day?

I have a friend visiting from the east coast next week who has never been to Disneyland (!) Our plan is to just do Disneyland since she's going to have to buy a one-day ticket and would rather save the money from a parkhopper for food and souvenirs. Our options for days are May 31st, June 1st, or June 2nd. Any suggestions on which would be the least crowded day of the three? Unfortunately I know there are Grad Nights each of those days, but I'm hoping getting to the park at opening will help us hit the big attractions before the high schoolers start showing up. Thanks for any suggestions!

I'd look at what day has early entry for Disneyland and avoid those days. If you are hoping to take advantage of rope drop, you don't want to already have all the 3-day+ parkhoppers and onsite hotel guests already in the lines. Double check me on this, but I believe Disneyland early is Tue/Thu/Sat, so you may want to consider Wednesday June 1st as your best option. Plus, it's perfectly mid-week and may have lower crowds without a nearby weekend?

Thanks for the advice! Just checked, and yes, it's Tuesday/Thursday for early mornings. (I always forget about those since I'm an AP holder so I never can use 'em.) Looks like Wednesday will be the best day
