Best day of the week?

We'll be in Paris October 5-10 (Thursday to Tuesday) at the end of a month long Europe tour, and are keen to reward the kids with a short visit to Paris Disneyland. (LA Disneyland still remains the highlight of their lives) We'll catch the train there and back for the day, but what day would be best, either to avoid crowds or make the most of the day?

I'm assuming we should avoid the weekend?.

Also, my wife is worried that given we had such a great time at LA Disney, that Paris could disappoint. Can anyone who has done both let us know how they found the comparison?

definately avoid the weekend, and dont worry.........DLP is never a dissapointment.

I'd definately plump for the Monday/Tuesday - the parks will be quieter on those days, we were there during the first week of October 04 and definately found the early part of the week much quieter.

I'm sure you'll all have a wonderful time.
