Best day for Discovery Cove in mid to late August?

Wondering if weekdays or weekends are better (crowd wise) at Discovery Cove in mid to late August (or does it even matter)? Thinking most people are traveling and checking in/out of Saturdays and Sundays so maybe DC wouldn't be as bad vs. a Monday or Tuesday?

Anyone have any experience, thoughts or advice?

it doesnt really matter. Discovery Cove only takes a certain number of people each day so it never seems crowded. When you get there you get your time for the dolphin swim ( if you are doing that ) and they only have about 8 people in each group. You can do whatever you want until a little before your swim then you go meet at a hut. We went in December and it was the best day I have ever had...we absolutely loved it.

I agree with the above poster, they limit their amount of guests, it will not feel crowded. It is a great day, enjoy!

THANKS to both of you. Since you both have been, does it matter if you have an AM or PM "dolphin swim" time? I've read that the earlier the better, but I can't see where it would really matter, unless the dolphins get tired
