We're thinking of booking another Disney cruise and wondered when is the best time of the year for a western cruise? Our last cruise was in June. It was an Eastern cruise and we absolutely loved it. :)

But I guess you are refering to cost and weather. We have been in March, May and Sept. We liked the weather and cost reductions of Sept. the gest. It also seems to be less crowded.
Just our opinion.

ANytime I vacation in the Caribbean, I always go as early in the summer as possible. The weather in the tropics (on average) does not kick up on a consistent basis until late July to mid september.

I've been chased by hurricanes when I was in The Navy. No Fun. Sure as heck do not want that to happen when I'm spending some big $$$ on a nice vacation.

If I could take my kids out of school for a week, I'd definitely go in the fall (Preferably November, because the tropics are winding down, and the rates are really good)

Thanks for your replies. Hurricanes scare me as well. The kids do get a couple of breaks in Oct and Nov. We might try that.
