What's your favorite Counter Service restaurants in each park, and what would you recommend? Any tips for dessert? I'm on the DDP, and have my TS booked, but was wondering about the CS ones.

Thanks! popcorn::

These are our favorites in each park:

Magic Kingdom - Cosmic Rays
Animal Kingdom - Yak Yeti Cafe
Epcot - Tangerine Cafe
Studios - Starring Rolls Cafe
Downtown Disney - Earl of Sandwich

Magic Kingdom-----Columbia Harbour House-----everything is good but I like the Shrimp and the Clam chowder.

Animal Kingdom-----Flame Tree---we always get the rib and Chicken combo and split it. The fruit plate is also quite nice on a hot day.

Hollywood Studios-----Starring Rolls----however, we had a delicious burger at the Back lot Express on our last trip. It was the last day of our stay and the only burger we ate.

Epcot-----so many choices---Sunshine Seasons for a great variety and the good desserts. Boulangerie Patisserie good Quiche and the best desserts anywhere. Yorkshire County Fish shop and the kids tell me that the sushi at Katsura Grill is excellent.

My favorite Quick service meal is the Tuna Sandwich or the Roast Beef Sandwich at the Roaring Forks located at the Wilderness Lodge. Even when we do not stay there we try to make at least one trip over to get a sandwich.

MK:
-BOG for lunch CS - Braised pork, lemon meringue cupcake, strawberry cupcake
-Sleepy Hollow - fruit & Nutella waffle
-Cosmic Ray for dinner - chicken and ribs

Epcot
-Les Halles (France) - everything!
-Kringla - (Norway) sandwiches, schoolbread, cloudberry horn, waffle

Animal Kingdom
-Flame Tree - pulled pork sandwich

DHS
-Starring Rolls - sandwich, peanut butter & choc cupcake, Butterfinger cupcake

MK - Columbia Harbour House (lobster roll sandwich, clam chowder and fish, yum!) and Pecos Bills (great burger topping bar)
HS - Pizza Planet (love the cupcakes for dessert and the kids love the Toy Story atmosphere)
AK - Flame Tree BBQ (great BBQ)

Magic Kingdom
-Be Our Guest (lunch) - good food options and the desserts are the same as at dinner.
-Cosmic Rays - good variety

Epcot
-Les Halles or Kringla - both have excellent dessert options.
-Sunshine Seasons - lots of variety

Animal Kingdom
-Flame Tree - BBQ!

DHS
-Starring Rolls - cupcakes for dessert!

DTD
-Cooke's of Dublin - very good entree options, but limited dessert options.

Our favs:

MK: CHH (tried it this trip and everything was yummy) and Sleepy Hollow(just tried the spicy chicken waffle this trip-yum!)

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons(lots of choices but seating can be limited)

HS: Studio Catering Co.(honestly not a lot to pick from at HS)

AK: Flame Tree (great portions of good bbq but seating limited) or Pizzafari (lots of A/C seating)

DTD: WPE (by far our favorite CS of the trip--great quality, quantity, and value)

MK BOG Closest to a table service meal of any CS.
EPCOT Yorkshire fish
DHS Turkey leg at Sunset Blvd.
AK Flame Tree BBQ.

DHS probably has the fewest options and then AK. EPCOT Countries has the most options. Whatever cuisine you want to try.
