Best CS place for a mixed greens salad?

Where are the best stops for a good salad in each of the parks? We have a picky eater who wants no iceberg or romaine....mixed greens or spinach only.

Sunshine Seasons in Epcot has a roasted beet and goat cheese salad this is absolutely delicious.

Yep, they had lots of good salad options at Sunshine Seasons when I was there a couple of weeks back.

I love the chicken salad at Columbia Harbour House and also the one at Flametree BBQ, yum!!!
