We only have a few lunches where we've yet to decide where to eat, and we definitely want to try some international food. Any suggestions?

I love the Tangerine Cafe in Morocco - the chicken or lamb wrap with lentil and couscous salads and baklava YUM:cloud9:

I second the Tang. Cafe. That food was sooo fresh and yummy. Different, but yummy and the amount of food you can get if on the DDP is a great deal. And my baklava...mmmm!

DD wanted mexican food and chose the QS in Mexico. I was quite envious of her meal there as it smelled, looked and tasted very good as well.

We tried to eat a little bit in each country but my favorite was Tangerine cafe and the bakery in france...cant spell it but im sure someone else can :)

Fish n chips in england was fast and dd and dh liked it. I'm not into greasy foods (the ulcas! LOL) but it was very fresh and hot.

Tangierine Cafe, definitely. It's arguably my favorite counter service location in the four theme parks, rivaling Columbia Harbour House and Sunshine Seasons. The food won't seem particularly exotic if you are familiar with the cuisine, but everything on the menu is fresh, hot and delicious. The slider platter is easily large enough to split between two people. I also enjoy the schwarma plates with wonderful side dishes including hummus, couscous, tabouleh and lentils.

The one restaurant I strongly suggest avoiding is Lotus Blossom Cafe in the China pavilion. It's completely disgusting.

Tangierine Cafe. I may revise that in October if the Mexican CS proves to be incredible.

I agree. DH and I always split the chicken and lamb schwarma platter and we LOVE it. Plenty big for 2 to share and it has always been fresh and delicious. I love all the sides and the fresh bread. :lovestruc

Tangierine Cafe is my favorite too! They have delicous platters and great Baklava! It was one of the yummiest places we ate at on are last trip. :)

Tangerine Cafe has always been one of our favorites also, but our last visit was somewhat disappointing. The food just was not as good. Not sure why either, it just didn't taste as good as I remembered it to.

On that note, I do enjoy Sunshine Season too even though it is not in the Showcase.

I would consider it a toss-up between Yakitori House in Japan and Tangerine Cafe in Morocco.

We are Kringla Bakeri fans but I have always meant to try Tangerine Cafe and with all of the positive comments here we definitely will.

Tangierine Cafe, definitely. Also like the Boulangerie in France for the yummy dessert choices. I'm looking forward to trying the new Mexican CS. Outside the showcase, I like Sunshine Seasons.

tempura shrimp udon from Yakitori House in Japan

soup and sandwich combo from Kringla bakery in Norway
