Wolfgang puck express was delicious and it came in a real dish not a foil container - great for CS place. But 2nd visit they had sold out and it was still early lunchtime.
Ive tried Chefs, LeCellier and Kona's and LOVE Kona's Banana Creme Brulee which has a thin layer of chocolate at the bottom of the dish then an incredible banana flavor mmmmmm..comes garnished with a large chocolate swirl and candied long slice of banana....Cant wait for this in 2 weeks...going to have the BBQ pork soft tacos first at Kona Cafe for lunch....
It is so worth the trip to Citricos, no matter where you're coming from! Even if you don't want to have dinner there (it takes a long time and DD always gets antsy by the time she's waiting for her dessert), I'd even go just to sit with coffee and creme brulee...definitely worth the trip. Oh man, I'm really craving this stuff right about now!
We've tried them all at one time or another. Trust me, the best is Wolfgang Puck Express. Most flavorful, best custard texture. The only disadvantage is the sugar crust is not fresh from the flame. Notwithstanding that limitation, it's still the best.
Well I've only tried one creme brulee and that was today at WPE....definitely my favorite for now....however I may have to go over to Kona and try this....sometime.
Les Chefs de France is my favorite Creme Brulee at Disney. Perfectly executed with a stong, delicious vanilla flavor.
Now, the chocolate-pistaschio Creme Brulee at Jiko... that's something else entirely. That's one of my favorite desserts in all of Disney. However, as good as it is, it doesn't really satify the "creme brulee" craving.
