Best Counter Service DHS??

Where would you get a quick sandwich/burger etc for while you wait in line for FantasMic??? Any suggestions??

It looks like Rosie's All American Cafe is closest to Fantasmic.

Its the closest but not that great. Starring Rolls near the Backlot Tour had nice sandwhiches if you are coming from that part of the park. You could buy them and walk over with them.

As far as DHS goes, maybe an ice cream, or a pretzel, other then that the food is awful.

Although Miss Stitch suggest of Starring Rolls is the only other counter food restaurant worth pay for. I don't know why the counter food is so bad here when all the other parks have decent food.

I agree that DHS had no decent counter service. In Sept, we ate at Rosie's and it was so awful we threw it away, although i must say, usually it is fine. Maybe we caught them on an off day. The same with Backlot Express too, we have eaten there several times and it has been okay, but this trip is was below par. It's such a shame as DHS could be such a great park, I love the theming there, but now we would hop over after lunch for the afternoon and maybe just get a snack there.

I've had a decent sandwich at Starring Rolls. Other than that...we eat outside of the park.

The Commisary(sp?) has a great Cuban sandwich. It's not close to Fantasmic, but it is worth the trip!

Even though it does not get the best reviews on here, my family and I enjoy the ABC Commissary and don't see what makes them a not so good location?

I agree. We've only eaten at the ABC Commissary and it was crap. If we hadn't of been starving, it would have gone straight into the trash.

If we have to eat there, we try to make a meal on snacks. Or sometimes a hot dog. It's hard to kill a hot dog.
