What hotel do you think has the best concierge service?

The Poly is the only one we have tried and we love it!! I don't know if I would want to try anywhere.

So far, we've only tried WL concierge. We thought it was great. Some people have said that the lack of a real lounge is a drawback, but we really liked gazing down on the lobby while we enjoyed our breakfast or snacks. In my opinion, it added to the atmosphere of the place.

We have only tried Yacht Club concierge. We loved it! I have also heard many good things about BWI concierge that we are going to try it out in August.

As with the other posters, I've only tried one concierge so far. AKL. It was absolutely fabulous. I cannot express how great they were (especially Andrea!!). The lounge was gorgeous And Sunrise Safari kicked a**! Now they offer a Sunset Safari as well....If you tried AKL Concierge you would be blown away!!
Having said that, I'm thinking of trying either BWI Concierge or YC Concierge in August. Good luck!!
