Best CityWalk Restaurant for a family

Howdy from cold Ottawa!

We'll be in Orlando next week, doing Universal with the Family. Looking to eat at City Walk one night, what would the best choice be for a fun family meal. Kids are 6 and 3, and are not picky eaters. (parents either) Is the Nascar restaurant reopened??

Any advise would be appreciated!

We had a great time as a family at Margaritaville. Our son is 15 so there is quite a bit of age difference with your kids, but a lot of younger kids were there the night we were. We went on a night that had a live band - "The Leonard Brothers" and they were great. People of all ages were there and the music was widely ranged too - nothing that had bad language so it was okay for kids to be there. The food was great too. there are several great citywalk restaurants that the whole family will love. NASCAR Cafe and NBA City would probably be the best though. Even if you dont like the sports, the theming is great and the atmosphere is awesome.

Margaritaville......good food, generous portions, reasonable prices....entertainment....volcano "blows", stilt walkers and balloon "animals, hats, etc.." for the kids

Bubba gumps is great and we ahd a great time there.

Bubba Gumps was not open when we were there last summer - they were working on it. We have been to the Bubba Gumps in Daytona and always recevied a good meal and it is really fun. My neice was 9 when we started eating there and she loves it when they get a group of tables competing against each other and ask questions about the movie. Her team always wins cause she knows all the answers. We go every summer to the one in Daytona.

I second Margritaville for families. Your kids can even see the volcano explode.

I love NBA CITY, other than the Palm, their dry aged New York sirloin steak is the best I have ever had.

Margaritaville, NBA City, Bubba Gump's, Hard Rock, and Emeril's. Citywalk is foremost designed for famiies.

Yeah, you really can't go wrong with most of the restaraunts at CW for family fun.

We were just there two weeks ago and ate at Margaritaville, Hard Rock, and Bubba Gumps with our 2 yr old and 8 month old. All were great! Our two year old liked the Hard Rock best theme-wise. Margaritaville was a little dark for his taste, but your aged kids would probably really like the music, paper parrot masks, and the exploding volcano.
