Best Citiwalk rest. for birthday dinner?

We will be arriving at Universal on DD's 8th birthday. Just wondering where you all have celebrated birthdays within Citiwalk before? Which were the funnest? Did they sing? She would love that.
We've eaten at Bubba Gumps and Margaritaville before, and liked them a lot. . TIA!

I went to Hard Rock Cafe on a friend's birthday and they bring you to the middle of the restaurant and have you stand on a chair while they sing to you. I am pretty shy so I would hate that, but she loved it. So if your little one wouldn't be embarrassed by that, it would be cute. Oh, and I also went to Bubba Gumps on my cousin's birthday and they made him stand on a chair to sing to him, but we had to ask them to do that. There was someone else there with a birthday that night and they just sang to her. After they announced to the entire restaurant that is was so and so's birthday. It was fun, too.

I would think Margaritaville and Bubba Gump's would be great places for a birthday. If I'm not mistaken, during our mini-meet last summer at Margaritaville, someone had a birthday and the wait staff came out and did their little birthday song.
