As others have said, all of the Deluxe resorts have fairly extensive holiday decorations.
WL, GF, and AKl have huge (multi-story) trees with ornaments that match the theme of the hotel. I love the overall decorations of WL because it seemed to tie into the resort really well.
There are gingerbread showpieces at GF and CR. The GF has the huge gingerbread house that doubles as a sales location for gingerbread-flavored foods. The house was impressive in size, but kinda looked messy (plywood showing).
The BC and BW have chocolate showpieces. They were both really impressive and well worth a visit. The Swan also had a chocolate show piece (it was a Santa, but the face kinda creeped me outm so I didn't really love it).
The YC has a model train and city display. The Dolphin had a white flower (poinsettia-like) "tree" (strings of flowers making it look like a tree).
The moderates all had trees, wreathes, and bunting. I really liked POFQ. The colors were so bright.
The values had small trees (~7") and wreathes. They were all pretty similar.
I would go see WL (tree), BW (chocolate Stitch), BC (chocolate carousel), and GF (just because they're decorations are so huge).
