best choices?

Looking for feedback on the best and worst places to bring my 3 and 5 year old girls. We are getting the 1 quick adn 1 table serice per night plan. I need to know:
1. Which places require 2 meal tickets, and is it worth it?
2. What are the best character meals for quick service?
3. What are the best character meals for table, using only one ticket?
4. How often do you actaully eat at the hotel food court? (staying at POP)
5. Are the meals huge? (we typically eat only one really big meal per day, my kids are picky and we just arent' hungry all the time. Want to time it just right in order to use all of our meals wisely)

Dinner Shows, Signatures, Cinderella's Royal Table
Generally, it is not good moneywise to use 2 credits while on the regular DDP
2. What are the best character meals for quick service?
There are no character Quick Service meals (you can use a QS at lunch to eat inside Beast's Castle at Be Our Guest but no characters are there)
3. What are the best character meals for table, using only one ticket?
We enjoyed 1900 Park Fair breakfast, Crystal Palace-any meal, and Tusker House breakfast
We were not impressed with Chef Mickey dinner
4. How often do you actaully eat at the hotel food court? (staying at POP)
We didn't eat at ours much because for QS, the best use of a credit money wise is usually at lunch and we usually were not at our resort at lunch
5. Are the meals huge? (we typically eat only one really big meal per day, my kids are picky and we just arent' hungry all the time. Want to time it just right in order to use all of our meals wisely)
There are many buffets and AYCE meals available for 1 TS credit
If you are light eaters, it may be possible to split you QS credits and share meals so that you are covering 2 meals with QS
