Ok, this is my first time here. I am gonna get married soon on a saturday and Disneyworld will be our first destination in our honeymoon. I already have all my reservations except our first dinner on the sunday night we arrive. I will be staying at the Grand Floridian and i dont want to go outside the hotel and V&A isnt a choice cause we arrive a little late for that. So the big question is..... Between Citricos and Narcoossee´s, which is better for a first honeymoon dinner?

Welcome!

I've never dined at Citricos or Narcoosee's but each have their fans.
Maybe look over the menus and decide which sounds better...?

Keep in mind you're only a monorail ride away from the Poly (Kona is terrific) and Contemporary (California Grill! YUM)

Congratulations your upcoming nuptuals! :goodvibes

I would say a late night Bistro de Paris reservation, that way you can walk along the World Showcase practically alone!

If you really want to stay at your hotel then I would suggest Narcoossees as you will be able to step outside and watch the fireworks (or view from your table)

They dim the lights in the restaurant and play the music :cloud9:

Check what time the fireworks are showing on the night you arrive and book a table for about an hour ahead of that time, that way even if they are running late you should be seated in time

Be sure to tell them that's it's your honeymoon when you make your reservation :goodvibes

:welcome:

I agree 100% with Linda. Narcoosees's has been our favorite signature restaurant, so far.The only other place that i would suggest would be California Grill. Although we've not eaten there yet, any restaurant where you can watch Wishes from has to be special:goodvibes

Have a magical wedding and honeymoon:tink:

That sounds wonderful! I'll have to keep that in mind for myself and my husband : )

I do like all those options, the problem is that i already have the wishes cruise after the dinner.

If you dont want to incorporate Wishes with your meal and you want to eat in the Grand Floridian then Citricos or Grand Floridian Cafe are your best options IMHO.

Narcoosee's! The food is great and I think the atmosphere would be great for a first honeymoon dinner. Keep in mind also that the Poly is a short walk, Kona Cafe has great food too and usually pretty good with openings.

We had the first dinner of our honeymoon at Citricos. We also stayed at the GF. We had never eaten there before, and after that dinner, it became one of our favorites.
