I will be doing one signature restaurant on my next trip, and would like a cheese plate to die for. Anyone have the cheese plate at a WDW restaurant?
EDITED;

I have a secondary question now......would you or could you get reservations at a signature rest. and order only the cheese plate?

I'm almost ashamed to say that on my most recent 5 night stay I tried 5 cheese plates. Ranked in order
#1. Flying Fish 5 very good sized pieces of cheese, fresh and varied tastes.
Honey comb and dried raisins were excellent.
#2. Rose and Crown. 3 cheese samples of good size with tiny fresh grapes on
the vine and an onion jam to die for.
#3 Artist Point 3 peices of unique flavored cheese. Served with dark raisin
toasted bread crackers and great dried cherries.
#4. The pastry shop in France in Epcot. 3 large pieces of French cheese with
a fresh baked baguette. Great value for only $6.95
#5. Citrico's 3 VERY small samples of O.K. cheese. Tasted like the cheese
had been sliced earlier and had dried out.
I only wish I had a few more days so I could sample more

Had my fair share of cheese plates on property. I would rank them:

1-California Grill
2-Flying Fish
3-Jiko

Our favorites are Artist Point and Cali Grill, especially when they serve it with honeycomb. So good!

My favorite cheese plate so far is from The Flying Fish Cafe. Jiko also had a nice one as well.

I think I've had them all.

Flying Fish is consistently my favorite.

I don't bother ordering cheese plates because I can get almost everything on them at work...BUT I do ask what's on them for curiosity's sake. If I were ordering one out of the places I've been, I'd go for Flying Fish.

I'd agree with this, although I'd be hard pressed to say whether I like the one at the Flying Fish any more than the one at Jiko. It'd be close tie there for second. It's not a signature, but like a previous poster I also like the one at Rose & Crown.

The one at california grill always has some nice selectons on it- nd love the honeycomb too@
