Best Character Meal for Preschool Boys?

I've got a three year old who will be almost four when we go to Disney. He is all boy, in just about every stereotypical way (loves cars, trucks, trains, rowdiness and danger). We're staying at the Polynesian and I currently have three character breakfasts booked: Tusker House (pre-park opening on our Animal Kingdom day), 'Ohana and Crystal Palace (pre-park opening on our second Magic Kingdom day).

For those with experience are these the "best" choices for a preschool boy? And, if you had to drop one, as I'm considering doing, which would it be?

Thanks in advance for advice and opinions!

Of the ones you listed, the only one we have been to is Crystal Palace. We have a 3-year-old boy and a 5-year-old boy and both of them loved it there! Our boys also love cars, trucks, trains, and they really love Pixar characters but there is no meal with those characters. Crystal Palace has great food, and the character interaction is great. My boys said they want to go back there, and it was one of their favorite restaurants. The puffed french toast is fantastic, and only available at Crystal Palace breakfast (or in my kitchen when I make it, LOL! :rotfl2:). And they serve regular Mickey waffles, as well as chocolate Mickey waffles.

If it were me, I would keep both pre-park opening restaurants. That is of course, unless your little one is really into Lilo & Stitch, because Ohana breakfast is the only place you can see them at a meal. However, he would get to see Mickey AND Donald at Tusker House, plus you will be in the park before it opens, which is always very nice! And I hear wonderful things about the food at Tusker House breakfast. At Ohana, it is family style and a few dishes are served, but at Tusker House it is a buffet so more variety. And I hear they have some more unique breakfast dishes there, as well as classic favorites.
