best character dinner

Hi, what does everyone think the best character dinners are inside the parks and at the hotels.

My family LOVES Liberty Tree Tavern at Magic Kingdom. We're a basic meat and potatoes kind of family, so the basic food suits us well. Character interaction has always been great there as well.

Would be our pick also,we like the food and always have had great service.Also LTT has best guest to character to guest ratio of 1 to 26 so the interaction with them is great and often.

We've only tried four Chato date.

Chef Mickey's for breakfast at the Contemporary (April 2007). This was great and I'd definitely recommend it. Food was good and the character interaction was great. They interacted with the children and adults alike. There was Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy and Donald Duck there when we went. We did this one late in our stay.

CRT for lunch in the MK (April 2007). This is my least favorite out of all the restaurants we've eaten at. I was not fond of the food and found it was more for the experience of eating in the castle and the nieces got to meet Cinderella, The Fairy Godmother, Belle in the blue dress, Snow White and Jasmine. The kid’s desert was really cute and both nieces enjoyed it. If you have someone in the group that like yellow mustard remember to pick up a few packets at one of the CS places. They only have Grey Poupon.

Cinderella's Gala Feast for dinner at the GF (April 2007). I think this one has a new name now. It's the buffet dinner at the GF. We really enjoyed this one. The food was good and the interaction with the costumed characters was great. The characters at that time were Cinderella, Prince Charming, Suzy, Perla and the Fairy God mother was out in the lobby.

The Garden Grill for dinner in EPCOT (December 2007) - Food was good and so was the interaction with the characters. This was a family style meal. The characters were Mickey, Pluto and Chip & Dale at that time.

LTT and CP in the parks and 1900 Park Fair at the GF are probably the best IMO. The character interaction is very good at all three of them.

My favorite dinners are LTT and CP. I eat at those every trip.

Liberty Tree Tavern without a doubt! Excellent food and superior character interaction!
