I want to go to a character breakfast the day we depart Disney. I have a seasonal pass, and a blackout period starts the day we leave (Dec 18). So it can't be inside a park.
So which is best and why?
Chef Mickey's
O'Hana
or 1900 Park Fare?
It will be 2 adults, and while this is probably a dumb question, is one a little more quiet than another?
I'm not a Lilo and Stitch fan....are there always other characters at O'Hana?

All the standard characters are at Chef Mickey's, which is great!!! Food quality though, I would stick with 1900.
We saw Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale (not sure if they're all there now or not). Of course, if you want the "quintessential" Disney experience, ya gotta go with Chef Mickey's!
--but I also like it for the good food, nice setting, Stitch is fun!
