Which is the best character breakfast? (just me and hubby!)

Food ... Crystal palace
Magical setting .... Cinderella's royal table
Fun atsmophere ... donald's breakfast o saurus

Guess I better include character opinions. Have had great interaction at all 3.

I think the best character breakfast without kids is the one at the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club. I've gone once with kids and twice without kids, and have never been disappointed by this one. The food is great, and the characters are a lot of fun. It doesn't seem as crazy busy as some of the other character meals I go to, and is not completely swarming with kids. If you go, make sure you try the roast beef hash--it's awesome.

I agree with Karen. Cape May is alot quieter and the food is outstanding. The character interaction is great. I have done it with and with out the kid and was impressed both times. I will go out of my way to eat there.

I really like the Cape May breakfast my son (age 20) and I had a good time. The character interaction was very good, I got kissed on the hand by Chip and hugged by Dale and Goofy.

Count this as another vote for Cape May Buffet for b'fast! My DW and I always go there at least once each trip. It is less frantic than Chef Mickey which is nice in the morning. The food is many times better the Chef Mickey and there's always plenty of it.

The characters are very friendly to adults, both solo and couples. They spend as much time with you as they do with the kids, which is nice -- you don't feel like you're too old to enjoy the fun and they don't walk by and wave from a distance (like has happened to us at Chef Mickey. (Can you tell I am not a fan of CM?

If you are celebrating a special occasion, let the staff know or add it to your PS. (BTW, a PS is always a good idea for Cape May!) We had our 25th anniversary breakfast there and the entire crew, including Goofy, Chip & Dale and Minnie signed a big balloon for us and came over to present us with a magical moments certificate. Very special!!

We are only going to the MK for the day-Should I park at the bc and then drive over to the Contemp where my bro is staying. Can I get there easily from the contemp? I would love for my husband to ride the monorail.

From the other responses It looks like I need to check out Cape May!! But DH and I LOVE breakfast at the Animal Kingdom. We actually got the same server 2 years in a row, and the Characters are a lot of fun. The food is excellent. Country Breakfast with sort of a southwest ranch flair. Three out of three stars
