Now that we only have 10 days to go and ADRs are all set, DD13 was dismayed to find we hadn't planned for a character breakfast! She said it would be cool, just for the experience even if she and big sis (DD16) were a bit old for it. We're quickly trying to decide which breakfast to try for an ADR. (Contemporary and Beach Club are heading the list so far). Which would you suggest? We're staying at BWV Apr. 22-28, so we can get to most anything...
Thanks for any help.

My older girls are looking forward to repeating Chef Mickeys, the Crystal Palace, Princess Storybook in Norway and the Liberty Tree Tavern. We are adding the Garden Grill and Cinderella's Gala dinner at the GF. We're not repeating CRT (not worth it) and the Supercalifragilistic breakfast (we loved it but we are trying the Cinderella dinner instead).

Of course, since we have the younger ones we would be doing several character meals anyway, but they really do like them! We have a nice balance of regular meals as well - repeating Shutters, Biergarten, Prime Time and Rose and Crown, and adding Tonys, Chefs de France and Kona Cafe. The girls are very involved with helping me choose and plan the meals!

HTH.

I've done the character breakfast at the Beach Club a few times with older kids. Last trip, the girls were 14. My DD would have liked to have gone back this year (she's almost 16) but we couldn't squeeze it in.

This character breakfast, in my experience, has a lot less of the little kids there so the older ones don't feel so self-conscious. It is also a bit more on the 'quiet' side over Chef Mickey's and I think the food is a lot better.

My teens have requested Chef Mickey's and Liberty tree tavern again.

I'm 19, and I'm SUPER excited about our ADRs for 1900 Park Fare's character breakfast. It features Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, the Mad Hatter, Pooh, and Tigger. :cheer2:

I'm 21, and I'm making it my mission to attend all the character dinings. Here are the ones I've done:
CP
LTT
CRT
The Swan dinner
Play n Dine
I am doing Chef Mickeys and Norway this summer.

I would say LTT is good for older people, and I have heard good things about CM.

Thanks for all the tips! :thumbsup2 We'll be trying for ADRs at Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, or Cape May. Wish we could do them all!I didn't think DDs would be interested:confused3
