Best Castaway Spot?

Please inform me of the best place to set up shop on Castaway Cay. Me, DH and DD6 will be traveling together. I want her to participate in a few activities with the Oceaneers but also want to be with her sometimes (maybe for some swimming and lunch). I would like a spot that is not far from the food and restrooms but doesn't take very long to get there. I'm a obsessive planner and need to know a plan of action before I get off the ship.

Why not settle in either at the front of the food line or beside the restrooms. That way you only have to walk to one place...

We went down the family beach a little bit and found a great hammock that was near the bar and a short walk to the kids club, the bar, and Cookie's. Advise you to get off the ship as soon as you can after they allow you to, head straight up the beach and find your spot. They will use the page you if your child wants to leave the kids club and you can drop in at any point to check on her. Our DSs had a blast - was paged a few times during the crew to pick them up and when we got to the club, they wanted to stay (I think the boys were just testing us to see if we were still around
