DH and I have excellent credit. We currently use our Disney Visa Rewards card exclusively, charge everything to it, and pay it off monthly. We love getting "rewards" to help pay for our Disney trips.

However, I hear alot about other cc's that have better rewards programs. What I'd like is a cash back program, preferably with a 0% intro rate for at least 6 months. Something I can use for Disney vacations but get more for my money...even if the cash back doesn't come till after our trip, it's still saving us money on other things we need.

Any suggestions? Also, having never had a cash back credit card, I am curious as to how they work. Please educate me!

Thanks!

We have a cash back discover but we hardly ever use it so I'm not real sure on how it works. We prefer our Disney visa since that's the only place we consistently go where the rewards are very appreciated. Dh is planning on staring to use it to pay our mortgage and car payment to earn even more rewards.

We have the Costco American Express True Earnings card and love it. We get it free with our membership to Costco. Plus 3% back on all gas (bought at the pump) and restaurants (we eat out at least once a week), 2% on travel (my husband has to travel for work and then get reimbursed) and 1% on everything else. We just switched to it this past March and so far we've earned over $200. I like that it's just a check that we can do with what we want. No tie to a company or a place.
