Thanks Squishy , for asking this question,,,I have always wondered the
same thing...As for me,,,I am headed to The Fountain at the Dolphin.
Even though it is NOT in the free ddp,,,I will pay OOP for any burger that
looks like this!!!!!!!!
ON a Side Note..............I know you will all think I am crazy
But I prefer my burgers without any top bun,,,,,yep,,,I just think
you get to taste the "good stuff" much more without all that bread!!!!
I mean,,,think of it logically,,,,,,,,,most all of the pictures that
make you "DROOL".........don't have the top bun on anyway!!!!

I read on a post recently from someone who spoke to a manager at Beaches and Cream, and they are not making their patties fresh anymore. They are now unfortunately getting them pre-made and frozen from wherever they get these things. So they are not going to taste as good as they did in the past. Very sad!

All of the WDW CS places have basically the same frozen pre-made hamburgers....with different fixing bars....

Personally, if for not being in WDW, would anyone really go out of their way for one of these, regardless of the fixing bar?

I am not sure if any of you have ever been to a Fuddruckers? Great fixings bar but also a great burger. That is something I would stop special for but not sure if they have them in Orlando.

After seeing the burger at the Fountain though, I think I would really want to try that one. Have heard some good things about the Sci-Fi burger as well.

Have heard some not-so-good things about the Beaches and Cream burgers lately.

The Plaza has good hamburgers too. I like mine with mushrooms and grilled onions and cheese - YUMMO!

I'll be searching some "just back" trip reports to see if they maybe changed them back based on customer's disappointing comments.

Google tells me that there is a Fuddruckers on I-Drive by the Festival Bay Mall. Being British I've never heard of Fuddruckers - are the burgers really that good? We will be driving up I-Drive to the mall on at least one or two days of our vacation - should we call in there for lunch?

The hard answer to that is,,,,,,,,do you really want to spend any
of your vacation time outside of Disney?????
If so, then I would recommend you try Fuddruckers.
They have a bakery on the premises and make their Hamburger
buns fresh daily, then they grill them for your hamburger!
The topping bars are good,,,,Not with all the toppings of
Pecos Bills at WDW,,,but everthing you will need.
I recommend medium rare,,,,,well done just comes back a little tasteless.
All in all a nice burger for your money,,,Just eat fast,,and get to the Parks!!
