Just wondered if anybody could tell me where the best burger in Orlando can be found. Having to eat lettuce leaves all year isn't much fun so when on vacation a little treat won't hurt:goodvibes

I can tell you where the worst burger in Orlando is...and that would be Planet Hollywood at DTD! LOL

Cold, overcooked, yuck... and we waited 1.5 hours for it...after they told us the wait was 30 mins....and it's unbelievably LOUD in that place and it doesn't let up one bit...definitely a place to avoid.

Overpriced too..for an overcooked, cold burger, it was $14.

Wendy's is better, honestly, actually come to think of it, so is McDonald's.

So were the burgers we bought from the store and cooked on the grill ourselves.

Without a doubt......the Citron in the JW Marriott Grande Lakes ! OMG ....delicious !!

When we used to eat meat, we LOVED the burgers at Beaches & Cream. The Fuddruckers burgers are too dry for us, and, because it's a chain, you can go to it any time. The Beaches & Cream burgers are moist & delicious. We still go there, but now just get grilled cheese sandwiches.

Cheers!

OMG! I said the same thing in my review of JW Marriott! The $12 Kobe beef burgers are amazing! Worth every dollar!

The kobe beef burger at Tchoup Chop is worth every penny plus you get to experience one of Emeril's restaurants.

For me it'd be a Cheeseburger in Paradise and a cold draft beer at Margaritaville - only one week away!!! :woohoo:

Wow, I can't believe they have a Five Guys in Orlando. That is a HUGE chain here in Northern VA.

Two of them (and growing, I think). Not exactly next door to WDW, but gets my vote for best burger in town. :thumbsup2

You should be getting more of them then. Five Guy's franchise rules require that a new owner must open FIVE (5) restaurants when they commit. And they are all usually in the same area. They don't all have to open at the same time. I live in a suburb of Washington DC and over the past 4 years, we've had our five restaurants open. All are within 8 miles of my house. A bit too many if you ask me!

So, be on the lookout, you will probably get three more soon!

Another vote for Fuddruckers here, we also enjot the Ritcher Burger Co in US

I grudgingly had a burger at Hard Rock a few weeks ago. I expected it to be the equivelent of cardboard. Not only was it good, it was terrific!

Not neccessarily the best, but surprisingly good. :thumbsup2

I was reading through this thread, wondering why no one said Steak and Shake! Until Figment22.........I agree!:thumbsup2
Steak and Shake ROCKS!!!!
More like steak burgers........but VERY fresh and reasonable..........GREAT shakes too. If you are hungry.........this is THE place.
Later...........Syndrome

Another vote for Beaches and Cream for the most consistently well prepared burger in the greater Orlando area.

Did I order the wrong thing at Steak and Shake? We got coupons in the Sunday paper the last time we were in the area, so we gave them a try on the way home. I ordered a double burger, which had two thin pieces of meat that didn't add up to one decent patty. I was very disappointed.

No, that's about it. The shakes are awesome, and the whole place has a kitschy charm, but I've never felt the burgers were anything to write home about--and the fries are even worse.

I stand by 5 Guys, but let me throw in an honorable mention for the Bistro Burger at Alehouse.
