Best building to stay Port Orleans Riverside

I have ask this on another thread, just hoping to get some more advise

Would you request Magnolia Terrace or Oak Manor? Some threads stated that the buses are slow for POR. Is October very busy? Would you use east depot or north/main building depot.

Sorry to ask some of the same questions, only trying to make up our minds.

I happen to love Magnolia Terrace Building 85 - so it gets my vote. It is also right next to a quiet pool.

Magnolia Terrace is a really pretty building in the mansion sections. I would stay there too if we were in the mansions.

We love building 39 AB. We had a second floor, corner room over looking the quiet pool last year. It was a great location to be at.

Question: when the busses pick up to go to the parks, what is the first pick up point? Is it the East Depot?

We are staying at Parterre Place for our honeymoon in january!!! I'm totally hyped!! the pics i've seen of this particular building are awsome!!!

For our stay 2 weeks ago I really, really, really wanted an AB room, because I like the look of the landscaping, and was hoping for a trundle bed so my girls didn't have to share.

We ended up being put in Magnolia Terrace, on the back side facing the back courtyard. Ultimately I LOVED the location.

As others have said, it is really close to a great bus stop (East Depot), and a quick walk to the main pool and food court - perhaps 2 minutes to the pool, and 4 minutes to the food court. It is also close to a nice quiet pool which was never very busy.

The landscaping was lovely. I hope to try an AB room on another visit, but we ended up really loving that location.
