We love the buffets at WDW little they loved to try new food with no worries if they didn't like they could get something else. IMO this is the best deal $$ you get appetizer/soup/salad, meal and lots of sweets. More than you get with the
DDP at a "regular" non buffet restaurant. You might be surprised what your kids really like given the opportunity to try things even if you think they may not so our favorites are:
Love Crystal Palace, Salmon is the best on property. Great location
O'hana is excellent food not exactly a buffet but family style. DH loves all the "meat" that comes with and I love all the salad and sides. DD love the teriyaki noodle dish. So many options and the entertainment for the family kids dancing and the view of MK is beautiful.
Chef Mickeys is a fun atmosphere the food is okay, but this is really more about the characters.
Boma is on our must list for each trip, the soups are what we look forward to the most at this buffet always excellent. The dishes are all excellent with ingredients that we dont use often so it is a great way to try new flavors like cinnamon and lemon.
Cinderella @1900 Park Place in the GF is a great choice as well. Some reviews say it is loud and I can agree but not to the point of not enjoying meal. If your kids like Mac and Cheese my DD say this is the best on property and I have to admit I think so too. Love the Stepsisters they really steal the show at this character meal. I think this is the most relaxed buffet that you don't feel rushed to leave.
Now the buffets that we would not visit again.
Hollywood and vine, quality compared to others is not equal. Wait staff are nothing like other TS on property. We guessed they used to be at the 50's prime time and were still in character....
I guess that is the only one we will not visit again., it is the best way to try so many foods. When our DD was
