Best Breakfast in all of WDW??

While I LOVE Cape May breakfast, it wouldnt be convenient if you are heading to MK after. Since your going to MK, i'd suggested Kona, CP, or 1900PF. All are amazing!!! Esp Kona. :)

If you are going to MK, I would def go to Kona Cafe. Its quicker than most and the Tonga Toast is incredible!!!

Tonga Toast - Banana-stuffed sourdough bread, rolled in cinnamon sugar...oh yeah....

Exactly what I was thinking

Thanks everyone! gonnna look at the menus of the places everyone mentioned and pick. You guys are great help!! I love the disboard community:lovestruc

I personally loved the Princess Storybook breakfast in Epcot at Norway! Met Ariel, Belle, Aurora, Snow White and Cinderella. Got a complimentary photo there as well of my boyfriend and I with Belle! They bring you a hot plate of bacon, sausage and home fries and they have a buffet of pastries, bagels with all the fixings, yogurt and fresh fruit. There may have been more there as well I didn't wrap around the entire buffet! Hope you have a great trip! :)

Best buffets - Boma at AKL and Captain's Grill at YC. But since you're heading to MK, Kona Cafe at Poly would be my pick - not a buffet but AWESOME breakfast!

I vote for Kona Cafe!! Tonga toast or macadamia pancakes, toughest decision of my visit!!

We went to breakfast our first morning at WDW before going to MK at Whispering Canyon. The food was excellent! (not a buffet) It is not a character meal, but they do lots of silly things that are tons of fun. After breakfast, you just hop on a boat to MK. The ride is so peaceful and gets you ready for the magical day you are about to have. It is a beautiful resort and very cool to walk around and check everything out. Just a suggestion, but it was one of our favorite meals of our recent trip.

Another vote for Kona Cafe! Their macadamia nut pancakes are so delicious. My DD ordered it, and I took a bite to try. Wow, from that point on, I kept eating off my DD's plate...couldn't stop, it was so yummy. And I'm normally not a big fan of pancakes. My DH had the Tonga Toast and loved that too.

Another breakfast we loved was at Boma. It's a buffet. We really enjoyed their selections and the quality of the food (for a buffet). No characters here, just a wonderful breakfast in a really nice setting at AKL.

Our very favorite breakfast is O'hana!!

Kona Cafe is our favorite non-buffet/family style breakfast....macadamia pineapple pancakes:lovestruc

We really like Boma, Cape May and 1900 PF for breakfast buffets. CP is great too, since you are going to MK you can get an early ADR before the park opens...great for pictures!

Kona is a must-do breakfast stop for us every vacation. I love the macadamian nut pineapple pancakes and the price is good too! :)

You CAN NOT beat the Macadamia Pineapple Pancakes with Tongo Toast a really close "second". Those pancakes are to die for! :lovestruc No matter WHERE we stay we always go over to the Poly for the pancakes...and they taste even better if your staying at the Poly! :rotfl2: :tink:

Boma if you want a non charter buffet and crystal palace if you want charters.
Kona for table service.

cape may , definitly cape may , has the best breakfast buffet on property , hot fresh and yummy with a lot of variety , also the character interaction there cannot be beat , it is laid back and relaxed , they have always stopped and hung out at our table for 5 minutes at a time , I agree with another poster, mini is great , donald also !

Voting for Crystal Palace as well. We love going there, and we're two adults without kids! The food is not disappointing, the characters are way too cute, and it's right there in Magic Kingdom! We loved it so much last time (both breakfast and dinner) that we booked it twice for our upcoming trip again. I'd go with that based on being in MK for your final day.

If you can score an early enough reservation, you'll have the advantage of being in the park before rope drop.

EDIT: I should clarify that I don't mean you get to run around before everyone else, just that it's kind of neat to be inside the park, even walking to CP, before everyone else. :)

I agree, that is an awesome feeling slowly walking back to CP before the park is open. Great photograph opportunities.

Another vote for 1900 Park Fare. Out of Kona, CP, and Chef Mickey's... for food I think the quality was the best at Park Fare. I have not been to Tusker House but even the bacon is better than the usual thin stuff you get everywhere else. They also had delicious carved ham and many more unique choices that you can't find at other Disney restaurants. Someone mentioned the the eggs benedict, strawberry soup, bread pudding with vanilla sauce....etc. I'm making myself hungry. The characters are fun too.:thumbsup2

My favourite buffet breakfast anywhere in WDW is Trail's End at Fort Wilderness. The variety of selections is superb as is the theming, it is quite wonderful.

If you are heading to MK it would require a bit more planning as it is slightly further away than some of the other suggestions. But the boats run between MK-CR-WL-FW so it also gives you the experience of riding the boats which might be fun & something different.

The Pioneer house where the restaurant is is right by the boat dock. We were in the MK 20 minutes after finishing breakfast. Fort Wilderness itself is pretty fun & differently themed.
