I'm sure this has been asked a million (and one) times, but we are going to WDW next April for my youngest daughter's 3rd birthday. Any suggestions as to a good meal to book? I am open to any (and all) possibilities.
Looking at our schedule, I assume we will start the day at the MK, but we seldom stay anywhere past lunch (go back to rest/swim). We are staying at the Poly. I am open to suggestions for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Don't want to overwhelm her, but want one festive meal that day. (PS: I have two older daughters, ages 8 and 10).

Thanks so much for any suggestions!

DD loved the Cinderella meal at the GF (1900 Park Fare).

Are there any certain characters that she loves? That's how we ended up picking our character meals for our trip in August.

I would agree...choose her favorite character and go from there. 1900 Park Fare for Cinderella, Crystal Palace for Pooh, and Chef Mickey's for Mickey would all be great choices.

I would agree with the above post. It depends on who her favorite characters are. If she really doesn't have one.. I would do Chef Mickeys.

Have a great time!

We also did the Park Fare at GF and the highlight of her meal was the Cinderella slipper that we pre-ordered for her dessert.

My DD turned 4 at WDW last year. On her birthday we ate at CRT for breakfast and Chef Mickey's for dinner- both were magical!

Thanks for all of the suggestions!

She is not all that aware of characters (will be by April, I would guess!), since she doesn't have an attention span to watch shows too much yet.

She does like Pooh (I will definitely get an ADR for CP sometime during our trip), and she is very girly and I bet will be into princesses.

I think we will try 1900 Park Fare for dinner earlier in the trip.

Question: does anyone have an opinion re whether CRT would be better for breakfast or lunch for a birthday? We have done breakfast before (with my older ones when they were younger), but have never tried lunch.

Thanks so much for the many suggestions! I am pondering each and every one of them!

I would suggest lunch or dinner in the castle. Cinderella is inthe lobby and you get free pictures which are wonderful. Once having lunch/dinner, all of the princesses and the Fairy Godmother appear and take pics and sign autographs. They will all sing Happy Birthday to her too. You can tell them it's her bday when you make ressies and tehy will bring her a special bday cupcake. Hope this helps!
