Best Birthday Character dining?

Let's say a person was celebrating their birthday all day in the Magic Kingdom. Now let's say they wanted their birthday dinner to be a character dining experience. What would you suggest for the perfect birthday character meal after a day at MK?

I would decide who my favorite charactor is and narrow it down from there

Crystal Palace gives a birthday card signed by the characters and has periodic birthday marches

Chef Mickey's gives a placemat signed by the characters as does 1900 Park Fare
