I need to order a birthday cake for our upcoming trip in May.

Who makes the best birthday cake on property for a chocolate lover?

I saw a picture of one from 1900 Park Fare on this website and it looked so yummy! If you are not dining there, can you still order one from there?

Can you have a cake delivered to your hotel room?

I need advice from anyone who has done this before. PLEASE help!

Last year I got a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and "icing". There were the most gorgeous life-like marzipan flowers decorating it. I don't know it's name. It was a round 8" or 9" double layer cake (thus the mousse filling). Very chocolatey and DELICIOUS. I saw the bill...it was only $40.
There were only four of us in our party and we took the cake back to our room but had to cut it into pieces to get some of it to fit in the fridge, some just had to go to waste I ate until I was sick rather than throw it out, but even a major "chocaholic" couldn't manage. Even some had to go at the end of the trip.
We were at Ohana that night. We weren't thinking, but should have shared with tables next to us.
It was the most beautiful cake I have ever received for my birthday and maybe the most beautiful I have ever seen in real life for a birthday. Those flowers looked so REAL.

There was a long thread with pictures of cakes and where to buy them. You will have to do a search-that was how I found it, but there were many different places you can order from.

I was in WDW with my Bf in December 05 for my bday. My parents ordered one from disney room service and when we returned to our room at the end of the day on my birthday there it was! A delicious chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate ganache! I don't think I have ever tasted anything so yummy!!! Was it dusted with pixie dust...don't know it was soooo good!!!
