Best BC Resort View Room Requests during Stormalong Bay Refurb?

We will be going to WDW in Feb 2025 and we would like to stay at BC. I am not sure what BC will do about resort categories during the 5-6 month stormalong bay refurbishment. (Will it still be a water view room when facing a closed stormalong?) We are not pool people, so I don't mind the pool being closed while we are there, but I don't want a ton of construction noise or mess right outside of my room either. What would be a good room location request to avoid looking at - rooftops, parking, and now also pool refurbishment mess?

I don’t know if it’s a typical request, but I’d just call in the request and say, courtyard where the beach volleyball net is.
