Ok, let's hear it! Which bathrooms are the best/worst these days? Does the secret bathroom still exist? How about Tiki room or Aladdin's Oasis? I remember Hungry Bear having some of the best and Adventureland having the longest lines and the worst! Please share!

I think there's a little used bathroom near the Mexican restaurant. Am I right about that? It's been a few years.

Not so little used any more. It is regularly quite busy.

Still closed, but there is a bathroom over on Tom Swayer Island that is always nice and quiet.

Starcade bathrooms are the most modern, the best bathroom that represents the past is the tomorrowland train station bathroom is never busy and a slight wall to hang out while waiting for traveling group. The worst is NOS train station, very narrow walkway, always crowded, best kept secret is the bathroom that borders fantasy and frontier. the most interesting? under the castle by matterhorn and has great stroller waiting. And there is one very secret, great bathroom...because it is in the middle of nowhere nor do parents say" okay, anybody need to use the bathroom?" while standing next to it" because folks forget all about it being there on the major thoroughfaire

There's also a sort-of secret one towards the park entrance, just south of City Hall. It's single user bathroom, so if you ever want/need complete privacy, you'll get it there.

I've only been to Disneyland once, so I don't have a bathroom to add, but I just wanted to thank the OP for asking the important questions! I'm sure this thread will come in handy when I go back this summer!

US Pavilion at Epcot (women's room): never seen anyone in there, very large space (gotta be 2x the size of the bathroom for women near Soarin), recently renovated (or new?), very good AC. (We go in August - its a great mini-mom break!)

Amanda999, you're posting in the wrong forum. You're talking about DW and this is a DL forum.

What I love most about DL's bathrooms are the decor in many of them, themed to match the land. The bathroom behind Alice/across from Matterhorn is one of my favorites for theming, and I've never been in there when it was busy. Although admittedly I'm not normally in FL in the middle of the day.

Hungry bear is still one of the finest bathrooms around. The remodeled bathrooms after you get off of Space Mountain are a close second. In DCA, The one by Grizzly River Run is great as well as the one near Monsters with the black and white floor. That one is rarely crowded.

Do tell....

We loved the ones next to City Hall. Generally not crazy. For the first time ever we used the ones by Alice. That bathroom's kinda fun.

Btw, totally agree. AVOID NOS train bathrooms like the plague.

The newly updated Frontierland restrooms are much nicer. I will say though, I have noticed people creating a line in the women's restroom on the right side when there are plenty of open stalls available on the left!

The ones by the Plaza Inn/Star Tours usually have a line, but not too long. A bit smelly too.

The ones in New Orleans Square are crowded. Always has a line. The men's sometimes as well (so says my husband). These also can be smelly.

The restroom by Rancho/Princess Faire is terrible. It is small and the line goes out the door and down the corridor usually. Frontierland is close so we skip and head over there.

There is a smaller restroom right under the railroad tucked behind Disneyana. Not usually crowded and characters sometimes come out by here.

This thread makes me laugh to know that others make the same observations. Glad it's not just me. (Big City Hall fan here, too!)

So many people have commented on NOS. They have to re-do them one at a time. Since the NOS ones seem so neglected, I bet they get an overhaul now that the Frontierland ones are looking brand spanking new. That would make sense as to why there hasn't been even a band-aid style freshen-up lately.

Hooray for clean "convenience stations!"

Were the Space Mountain bathrooms the ones that were recently re-done? On my last trip last month I remember using bathrooms with automatic sinks but couldn't remember which ones, I think it might have been the Space Mountain bathrooms. In any case, I always thought Tomorrowland has the best pair of bathrooms overall, so I always try to "go" there. In Fantasyland, there are some bathrooms right by the Village Haus that have been pretty good the times I've used them, not sure how it gets when it's super busy in the park.

On the other side of the park, I go to Hungry Bear. On Main Street, the smaller ones by Carnation Cafe.

But in general, if I can, I try to hold it until I'm at DCA, since we always park hop. DCA bathrooms all seem to be nicer than their DLand counterparts, the only one I try to avoid is the one by Flos as it always seems to get really busy due to the traffic in Cars Land.

My favorite restrooms are the ones around the corner from Alice. I love the theming! And I've never run into a line at that spot.

This used to be an excellent spot but the lines are absolutely terrible at these bathrooms now. Apparently because of Princess Faire but I think they were also promoted more when the Adventure Land bathrooms were being remodeled.

Ditto on all of the posts above that mention the Hungry Bear bathrooms. The one at the theater with Mickey's Magical Map is also pretty good, as long as it's not right after one of the Magical Map shows. Also, right when you enter the park, if you turn right immediately after the tunnel to where the Chase ATM is, that bathroom is usually not crowded and is my go to spot for when I have to go when leaving the park for the day.

The best bathroom in either park though, is the one in Carthay Circle Lounge on the second floor. The doors reach all the way down to the ground so it feels very private in there and I've never had to wait. You don't have to be eating at the restaurant to go and it's nicely air conditioned inside. Plus if you have someone waiting for you, they can enjoy the nice old Hollywood pictures of Walt Disney and jazz standard versions of Disney songs :)

Going to have to try this one for sure!
