Best bang for your buck place to eat on a budget

Ok.....I would like everyones suggestions as to where to get the best meal for the best price at WDW. The only limitation is no park included. So, DTD, and the resorts are locations. TIA!

For DTD I would say Earl of Sandwich for sure.

There are only 2 adults going as well. And we are foodies....yes, we love Earl!

I have heard that the Turf Club at SSR is quite good and their pricing is more moderate than other TS places. Trail's End Buffet over at Fort Wilderness is also a perennial less expensive favorite (and you get the same fried chicken and ribs as at the Hoop dee Doo!). The ESPN Club at the Boardwalk has cheap-ish bar food. People also really like the Grand Floridian Cafe at the GF and the Kona Cafe at the Polynesian. Both are moderately priced ... at least by Disney pricing!

The only Disney TS places I feel are worth paying OOP for are Kona Cafe and Kouzzinna.

Other options are the restaurants in the Swan and Dolphin, especially if you pick up one of the restaurant.com gift certs for 25 off 35 for 2-4 dollars.

HOB - we've always had good food & good service at a very reasonable $ and you can occassionally get gc's on restaurant.com

Earl of Sandwich in DTD has the *best* sandwiches at a great price.

Wolfgang Puck Express can give you great bang for the buck, although it's even better with the DDP.

Trail's End dinner buffet and All Stars Food Court dinners offer the most bang for the buck as far as I can tell.

You did ask about TS meals right? While i agree earle of sandwich and wolfgang puck express are amazing and good bang for your buck, they are counter services not TS.

As for table service restaurants.....Sci Fi, 50's prime time, The plaza restaurant in MK, Kona Cafe, Ranglan Road....

We bought a $25 gift certificate on restaurant.com for $3 or $4. I have heard very mixed reviews, but we are paying completely out of pocket. A deal is a deal. I am not expecting great food, but good food.

I believe there are tables outside you can use or some near the dock (check with others before taking my word on it)
