Best attractions (16 & 7 yo.)

I wanna know what attractions you consider the best for a teenager of 16 and a kid of 7, what combination will be perfect. Thank you

It really depends on the kids. Can you give a bit more info? For example, do they both like thrill rides, or is one of them afraid of them? Do they both love Disney, or is the 16 year old likely to be bored with some of the "classics" like Haunted Mansion? Do they have favorite characters that might help determine what to see? Or special interests that might direct them to (or away from) a certain spot at Epcot? Are we talking male or female? And which age is which gender? (Are you looking for stuff for a 7-year-old princess fan? Or a 7-year-old wannabe pirate?)

It's hard to say what the "perfect mix" would be for a 7 and 16 yo without more info.
