BTW,,,I see in your sigge, that in 2005, you stayed at Fort Wilderness Campground. Did you like it? Did you have a camper, tent or did you use the cabin?

My mom and I are planning a trip with me, dh, ds and her and her dh for next year possibly, and are planing on staying there. They hav a nice big camper and we thought it would be a lot of fun.

I absolutely it ! We stayed in the cabin (my husband worked a convention and they paid other wise we wouldn't have been able to afford it). I just loved the atmosphere of the campgrounds, my daughter and I rode bikes at night (my son was too young), we went to the campfire singalong and watched Toy Story on the drive in screen and ate hot dogs. The buffet was okay (but I am from New Orleans so all the food is just ok to me). The cabin was very comfortable and my sister, her husband and son flew in half way through and stayed with us. We didn't do alot of the stuff available there (horseback riding, hayrides etc.) but I would stay there again in a minute. Also, loved the ferry ride to Magic Kingdom. Even though it was chilly in the mornings, we would sit up front and let the wind hit us in the face as we pulled up to the Castle. Very magical

I am soooo excited! my "uncle" is coming up here probably next wednesday and we are going to go out on his boat!

That sounds great. I can't wait now. Yeah, the cabins are a little pricey for me, too. The ferry ride sound great

That place is beautiful!! I wanted to dive right into that pool..

It was a wonderful pool and so relaxing but there was a group there that was very loud, drunk and obnoxious, after a while their hassling of the pool/towel boy got on my nerves and I went postal on the whole place, lol, I made them get a security guard out there and take care of the situation!!! Yep good ole mom caused a big rukus!!!! LOL it felt so good!

Sounds great OB, thanks for all the info about the Ft.Wilderness. We sure hope we can pull this trip off and Trentmom and I really want to go together and we just have to be able to get my DH to want to go as he is the one who can hook up and drive the camper and set it up, lol. We are at his mercy!

Ok, all caught up for now. By the time I get back on tonight you will probably have posted 5 more pages to catch up on!!! I am going to work on photobucket, AGAIN, and try to get the rest of my pictures downloaded there. then I can go back to posting them.

Now I ran around and straightened up and made it look like I did something today, now I can go shower and wash my hair and then look all relaxed when DH comes home.

I know that feeling. I desperately want to go back and if I had my choice I would go to Ft. Wilderness in our new fifth wheel. However, my children are at the mercy of the school system and the one holiday that we have that no one else has (Mardi Gras) is a black out at my DH's work. So if we go at Mardi Gras, it will have to be without DH and there is no way I can set up a fifth wheel by myself.

So it is either condo or value resort for us.

it was nice.. Weldon's so excited to get his boat out in fresh water.. he's only been out in salt water! he cracks me up.. last time I saw him he hadnt been out in weeks and I was commenting on how sad he must be and he said "if I dont get out soon im gunna just sit in it with the hose running under it.."
