Funny Stories From Disney!!!
This is going to be a short Update Tonight as Disneydad Is tired...& He must catch up on some other Threads!!!
Story Numero UNO!!!: DisneyMom & Disneydad Hit the World ...Without Kiddos!!!
Well as ya'll may remember we took a trip to WDW in Feb 2002 with No Kids...& we stayed at Beach Club Resort...this is where Disneydad got Loaded the First Night of the Trip.....
Well what I didn't tell was How we ended up going By ourselves...
Well it all started One day while I was trying to make a Ressie for Disney on My Laptop...I was Sitting on the Bed with the Laptop in front of Me & DisneyMom beside Me...We were trying to decide when, Where & how long we would stay...this year it was a good year & we had a $9000 Budget for Disney...
Yeah I know...Ya'll are thinking Disneydad is Rich...Well you would be wrong...& if you read Nebo's report you will Know Why Disneydad is not Rich!!!...
Anywho like I said it was a Good year....so we were sitting there thinking Deluxe Resort with Dining... & i started Pricing different dates & different Times & different Lengths...you see I always go on the WDW website & ck prices & then Call My
Travel Agent & give Her the details & she books it...well this Night we were sitting there doing this & I decided to call WDW Reservations to see if we could get any deals...& to ask questions about the Different Dining options...So I am on the Phone & for the 3rd time that Night the Kids started yelling at each other in the Hallway...DisneyMom had already asked them to be Quite as Dad was on the phone trying to book a Disney Trip...
Well it happened again...They were Nannying each other & yelling & sometimes even Screaming with each other!!!! So I told the Lady on the Phone that I would Call Back in a minute...I had to go Kill My kids...She said oh No don't Kill em...We laughed & I hung Up!!!...
I went into the Hallway & said if you Yungens don't settle down & quit Yelling I am not going to take you to Disney...Well that Shut-em Up...& I went back to the Room & dialed WDW Again...Bout 10 mins into the Conversation they Started again...Now I am a Patient Man...No really I am>>> I will as you several times to stop what you are doing... But as my Father taught Me a long time Ago...once I tell you what is going to happen if You continue in the Behavior Problem...Dag Nabbit I do it...So naturally I told The CM I had to go & hung Up!!!...I called a Neighbor Friend....who had been a Friend for longer than I have Known My Wife...& I new they were running tight on Money....& I asked her if she would Keep My Kids for 10 days in February if I paid Her $1000 Dollars...She said hold on...& she came back & said what 10 days in February & I said I don't Know but I will call you Right Back...I hung up the Phone & called My TA....who at the Time answered even at Night & I booked a trip to Disney On the Deluxe Dining Plan...More on that Later in story # 2... For 4 Nights & then to Follow 4 Nights at Portifino Bay & an Additional night At Hard Rock Hotel....
I called Her Back & told Her the dates...& we went to Disney with No Kids & My Budget was Cut By $2000...yep Thats Right 9 Nights @ Deluxe Hotels...Ate Like A King & Queen & saved $2000....
Needless to say My Kiddos have Never Fought While I was on the Phone Again!!!!!

You Read that we Booked in on the Deluxe Dining Plan...Well for those of you who are about to enjoy or Have enjoyed the
DDP that is Free Or that Costs like $35 bucks a head...The Deluxe Plan is that on Steroids!!!!!
You get 3 TS Meals per day Each & & 2 Snacks per day Each....& you get Priority Seating...& it was awesome....
In the Deluxe plan you got a appetizer & a Salad & a Meal & you could Add a Lobster Tail to the Meal & you got Dessert...& you could go to any Restaurant In WDW Including Victoria & Albert's ...BTW that was the only Restaurant that you had to use 2 TS credits for!!!
Well here comes the funny part...we ordered Lobster Tails at every Meal including Lunch Meals... & ate at the Character Breakfast Every Morning!!!
I fact we got so full by the end of day 2 that we started ordering Dessert just to Take a Picture of it & take a little taste...Yep that's Right OCD Disneydad has to order what is available to order or He goes insane thinking about what he Could have had...does anyone think that talking in 3rd person is just Crazy!!!....
Then we head to Universal Studios Florida & do the same thing...we ate at The Palm & at Emeril's & Trattorio Del Porto & Buffets Margaritaville & we Pigged out...I came back weighing 210 I went weighing 188...yep that's right I gained 22lbs that trip...
I wish I had some Pics but alas that trip has not been loaded on the New Puter!!!
