WOW...almost 500 dollars in alcohol.

That is about how much we brough for spending money in May and came home wiht about 120 dollars....


Did those bottle of wines make it back home to Ga with you or did your finish them off when you were there??

YHes, it was very nice for the most part.

While at toys R Us, they have a thomas the tank engine display set up for kids to play with. It normally has about 10 trains on it..

It only had two and there were two girls plahying with them already.

After one went away, ds took one to play with and then the other girl left, so he had the other one.

When the girl came back and ds didn't physically have it in his hand, the girl took it back and upset Ds...and he grabbed it back.

So, I took him away from there.

I told him..they are not yours. When you put them down, anyojne can play with them and you have to share....., right??? He said Yes..I am sorry.

SO, we went off to look at other stuff for the rest of the time there and he was very good then

OMG, just being a total idiot. Didn't go to work because he was out drinking too late and I guess he couldn't get up. What kind of responsible adult does that?

Don't know about all of them Tat but I know I've had one bad one and now one worse one, the grass isn't always greener, sometimes the grass dries up and it's just mud and muck!!! Now I have to read back and find out why you are mad. I think you know why I'm mad and will probably stay mad. Hope it gets better Tat!

Hey Everyone, could use some good vibes and lots of prayers. My DS (Sharky's DB) is going into the hospital tomorrow for yet another try and stopping his seizures. First the procedure tomorrow could last as long as 30 days so we don't know how long he'll be in the hospital. tomorrow's procedure is having his head drilled full of holes and then they will insert the EEG wires directly into his brain, they will then wrap his head up like the Mummy and put him on a monitor and will watch him 24/7. He'll be hooked to machines that monitor his brain waves and he'll be watched on video as well.

They will then wean him off all of his anti seizure medications and force him to have multiple seizures. They have to be of a certain intensity to count. Once he has enough enough for them to pinpoint what part of the brain they are coming from, they will then schedule him for brain surgery and remove part of his brain. He had all of this done several years ago but after the surgery and removal of part of his brain his seizures got worse instead of better. They have been fighting the insurance company ever since to have it done again.

So please pray tht this time they find the right spot in his brain and that if they decide on surgery they finally get it all and that he will finally be seizure free and able to start living his life!

hey gang! I was just on a quilting web site and they have a section on there called "Family Dirt" with funny stories and such and I found this one to be hillarious!

I mistakenly thought I would change brands of cat food...to entice the old guy to eat better. What I got was kitties with upset tummies. I then mistakenly changed back, rather abruptly I might add. So I have been dealing with nasty kitty box the last few days. Now, I buy kitty litter in big 20 lb square buckets with reusable lids. Wash them out and use them for everything. Neighbors beg for them, they are wonderful buckets! So I think...since I am "scooping" every couple of hours until the tummy upset is over...I will just dump (no pun intended) it into an empty bucket. I take a big green marker and write POOP on the lid and place it next to the litter box. Pretty self explanatory don't you think? Well there I am reading my email when Johnny comes in and sits on the bed...
"Mom, what's in the bucket that says POOP?" "Poop"
"No Mom, what's really in the bucket that says POOP?" "Poop"
" No Mom...really what's in it?" "Poop"
"Mooooommmm! What is in the bucket that says POOP?" "Poop"
"Mom. I am serious here. WHAT is in the bucket that says POOP?" now I had had about enough of the 13 year old attitude so I answer..."Candy, for Halloween"
He jumps off the bed grinning and heads down the hall. "Stevie! I know where Mom hid the Halloween candy!" Then I can hear the two of them out in the sewing room.
Johnny - "Open it Stevie"
Stevie - " But it says...POOP!"
Johnny - "Come on Mom's just trying to trick us...open it."
Stevie - "No way man...you open it...it say's Poop" a pause...then yelling
"EWWEE...GROSS...HEAVEN HELP ME"
"URK...GASP...CHOKE"
"SHUT the LID! "I can't! I'm gonna SPEW"
