That really makes me angry when places do that..hire someone they are friends with or a friend of a friend..

Now, if I was that friend, then it would not be a problem

BTW...do you have any experience with AFLAC??

My DH had MRIs done in the past 2 months, has had physical therapy done before his surgery, and then had actual knee surgery.

Plus, he had a follow up visit. And he missed a week of work.

I know he is eligible for reimbursement, but his sales rep Sucks the big one...Left 3 msgs,;.....NADA

So, a friend of his told him to go online and print out the forms.

So, we went to aflac. com and none of the forms seem right.

The only one he could use...Physician visit..for follow up visit.

But, there is nothing on there for actual surgery or physical therpay that I see.

So, I filled out a contact form on there and hope their corporate office cwill contact us at least.

Any ideas??

So, if you are not familiar with AFLAC, then just please disregard the parts atbout Aflac on this post and I will just wait for them to contact us hopefully
