Best AP price

I haven't looked too much into this but what are the best AP options for us?

-sams club?
-caa/AAA?
-if there is a Canadian resident offer, can I upgrade (I thought you lost the discount if you did this, but recent posts in the "25% Expedia" thread seem to indicate otherwise.
