Just wondering whether someone can answer my question.

I found that Best 4 Attractions seemed to be cheaper for the Universal Park tickets (went for the 7 days for the price of 2 @ £49 each) :cool1:

Went online on Friday (pm) - requested them, a lady called me on Saturday morning, gave her my switch details and she said that she would send out the confirmation immediately.

Just checked my bank statement and the money still hasn't been deducted and no confirmation letter yet :confused3 Do you think that I should call and check that there are no problems :confused3

Thanks

I wouldn't worry because it can take up about 5/6 days sometimes it depends when they put the transaction through their bank. If they didn't process it in their accounts department until Monday it may come out tomorrow. I imagine they are dealing with a large number of these transactions and although they may enter the order on their system straight away they don't necessarily bank the slips straight away. :teeth:

We have had a great deal of trouble with Best4Attractions and it took a lot of straight talking before they actually sent out the tickets even though they had originally promised to send them within a couple of days. We did get them eventually though and they are good value. Try a telephone call to set your mind at rest.

Hi, I ordered mine a couple of days ago, Tuesday I think and the money came out of the account yesterday. I would call and check what's happened.

I would definately give them a call just in case, as I got my confirmation within a couple of days. :confused3

Hi

An update on best4attractions. I got my confirmation through this morning after placing my order on Tuesday. Just waiting on those tickets now.

Thanks for your replies - when I got home on Thursday last week my confirmation was there waiting for me :teeth: with a recorded delivery note form the postman to say that he had needed a signature for an item that he tried to deliver so he had returned it back to the post office :sad2:

I thought it was my passport that I have reapplied for - finally collected it yesterday (it doesn't help that the main post office collection area where I live is only open between 8am-1pm, and I work 8am-4pm!! - not very helpful for people that work, hey??! ) and it turned out that the package was actually my tickets for Universal

:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :love2: :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

So a massive thumbs up for "Best 4 Attractions" from me :goodvibes

OK BIG Thumbs up for Best 4 Attractions. My tickets arrived safe and sound yesterday. :cool1: :cool1:

Though despite the fact that they should have been signed for, they were simply placed through my door wating for me when I got home. Not going to complain as I got them But would have been soooooo unhappy if they had gone astray!!!! :confused3 :confused3 But that's the fault of the local postal service not Best 4 Attractions.

I know its still 9 weeks and 6 days till I go but the tickets make it seem so real.   :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Another thumbs up from me- ordered tickets from them last Thursday evening, confirmation arrived the following Monday, followed by the tickets on the Wednesday! :)

Great service. I ordered 6.30 pm on Saturday, got a phone call 10 minutes later. I received a letter confirming the details on Tuesday and the tickets (real tickets not vouchers) today (Thursday).
