Best 2 TS?

We're on the DDP and plan to pay OOP for our dinner at B&C and breakfast at Kona Cafe.
So what do you think is the best 2 TS?
And will when still be able to make ADRs? Our trip is in three months.

1) Flying Fish
. . . it is the MOST EXPENSIVE restaurant at WDW
. . . thus, good use of 2-coupons
2) Jiko
. . . another expensive restaurant
