Is it okay to plant things when the ground is wet? I mean this sounds like a logical answer to the question but sometimes I hear NOT to touch the ground if it's wet because you could have a harder time and it might be a lot more work.
It rained this morning and I'm dying to get the rest of project #1 gfinished tonight since it's going to be raining off and on the next couple of days (like through Monday). I really need to get these plants that I bought two weeks ago in (I'm keeping them watered and they are staying alive). So I wondered if it's okay to do that if the ground is wet from today's rain. Rained this am, not suppose to rain the rest of the day.
I have peat moss I'm going to put down with the plants and then top soil on top of that after I get the plants in. Then after the ground does dry a bit then I will put down the mulch.
