Although we will probably wind up going to Stingray City again, I'm thinking about some other ideas for our time in Grand Cayman. I read about Pedro St. James Castle, got excited about going, then read that it is still closed. Has anyone here been there this summer? The report I read was from May. In general, I am interested to know what kind of tours people have enjoyed during the stop in the Cayman Islands.
