I watched portions of the Unwrapped Disney restaurants show, but it was on during baseball, so I was surfing back and forth.

Morning everyone! I got tons of stuff done yesterday with the kids at Aunt Lorraine's and DH at his softball game. We finally started getting our pool cleaned up. It was the most lovely shade of lime green - yuck! It looks a lot cleaner now, but it still needs some water added and some more junk swept out.

I forgot all about the Unwrapped show until the last 15 minutes. I will have to be on the lookout for them to repeat it. Those wedding cakes were so beautiful!

Time to go and check out the riddle!

No damage here from the storms that I can see. It didn't last that long anyway.

It looks like we have a few angels that would be interested in going to Broadway, any more?

Going to take it easy today. My back, neck and kernal problems are all gone!

I would love to go to NYC and see a show or two someday. I was supposed to go with a friend of mine to see The Full Monty in September 2001, but we ended up cancelling.

You BET I would! I absolutely LOVE going to the city...as part of my "vacation" I take single days off from work during the summer and between the end of June and September spend a day in the city a week and ALWAYS end with a show! I'd be THRILLED to be part of an "angel" excursion! MY AIM name is "Nycsummer" !

Hello Angels, I am going to be way late for work! Like I care......

Pete has always wanted to do NYC at Christmas. I would do it as long as I can stay at the Marriott Marquis or the Ritz. I still have my fur coats from my prior life in the cold. For me, I would do an Angel meet, but the airfare has to be really low, and so does the cost of a room. And I need time to figure out how to pay for it, anyway. I think I will have to get a job just to pay for the travel I still want to do.

There are several couples at church that take a Homebuilders evening class together. One of them has a time share on a nice lake about an hour away and is on vacation this week

so...

rather than go to church last night, we all loaded up our families in early afternoon and drove over for lunch and pool time. We opted out on renting the boat that would be big enough for all of us.

Marsha, it just messes with my mind to hear you describe the Arizona climate. Our news gives friendly heat reminders when it gets into the 90's (all Summer) but then again, our humidity is often 100%
