For those angels heading to the World this weekend, expect typical summer Florida weather with partly cloudy skies and a chance for thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon. Later in the week, starting on Wednesday, the chance of daily thunderstorms diminishes. Temperatures will be slightly below normal, upper 80's by day and low to mid-70's by night.

There may be a tropical system crossing Florida late this week which may somewhat impact those angels currently in Florida but it should be gone by the weekend.

Report will be updated for Diane's trip by early next week.

Good evening Angels !

Had a nice weekend at the Jersey shore and wrapped it up in a great way by meeting Gina !! We had a really super visit and I'm looking forward to spending more time when we're able to meet again sometime ........ maybe we'll get the mixologist involved in the next one Perhaps I can get some more pointers on wrapping contractors around my finger ... great story, Gina !!

To those that asked, I'm sorry to report there was no picture taking .... believe it or not, I had discovered my camera battery had died earlier in the day when I was going to take a picture of my dad (and this is not a "dog ate my homework" story ) ......
yet another reason to meet again - to fulfill the picture requirement !!

Hi all.. it's been a long day here, so please forgive my lack of catch up with you all.

I did go to the doctor's. They did take an x-ray of my back and nothing seems to show. For the time being since this pain is way above what is tolerable (and has ben that way for about a month now) they will start me on PT sometime very soon. THey also gave me presription pain killers and some muscle relaxers. I will do that and PT for about 2-3 weeks and then see how it goes. If it doesn't help we might go for more perm medications. Ick... soooo... there it is. And that means I might not be around as much. I don't know what my PT schedule will be like, and I know work will get busy so I might be not as "visible" for a while.

Glad you're feeling better Melissa, sorry Jon seems to have caught the bug.

Hope things went well with your test today Diane and also with all the angel children at band camp, etc. too.

I can relate to the wisdom teeth stories....I ended up having mine out the week before I began my freshman year in college! Luckily all went well.

We're going out to dinner with my mom tomorrow night....I get to pick the place and I can't make up my mind!!!

You know Lars, I had the same problem. Before I had braces, I had my 12 year molars removed because my mouth was too small. I think it was the only time I was ever told that. I was lucky, I never got wisdom teeth.

Sarah is having a picnic/cookout at out house for the entire band, about 30 or 40 kids, on Thursday night. (What was I thinking.) Work is getting busy again. Soooo, I may not be around as much for a while.

E! FEEL BETTER! Back pain is just an awful thing....DH suffers from it on occasion. I hope the PT will get you right back in shape.

I'm gonna behave myself today. Our mason cancelled last night (think he had advance warning?? ) but will be coming this evening. This guy is a DOLL! He's really, really sweet. He brought his little guy (about 13 months old) with him the last time. We had a blast playing with him and discussing porches.

I'm sooooo jealous ...... all of you off to WDW! Have a wonderful, super stupendous time!

Wisdom teeth! I had two removed....I ate something that twinged a nerve really badly back there and out they came! I still have two.

I have a big mouth. I think you all knew that, though.

Carol....enjoy that picnic....those are memories that you'll cherish forever......long after the mess is over and done with.
