OK, I am frantic.

I put both dogs in the yard and I can only find one. I think the other chased a rabbit under the shed and can't get out now. I have to go to work. Everyone else is already gone. I don't know what to do. A little PD and prayer for my rabbit killing Susie dog, please.

Had a great sunny day at Kennywood yesterday. It was a little on the hot, humid side though. The kids had a blast as usual. My DS can now get on all rides except 2 because of his height. He rode the Phantom's Revenge (pretty scary coaster), Aero 360, and the Volcano for the first time. My DH didn't come w/ us, and when my DS told him what he rode, I think he was going to have a heart attack.
Off to Sandcastle (water park) today, although I'd rather stay here and rest.

Susie managed to get herself out from under the shed. She hasn't done this since she was a small pup. She is very muddy but no blood anywhere so I guess the bunny survived. I threw her in her crate and am headed off to work. A bath will be in order when I get home. Good, something else to add to the list of what needs to be done before the picnic.

I got a piece of good news at the hospital yesterday! The diaphragm is getting better. The sniff test indicated it is working, albeit poorly, but seems to be improving, and is not totally paralyzed, so that is good news! I also got a more definative diagnosis of Fibromylagia. My old doctor told me once he thought I had bouts of it before, but now the neurlogoist has done some tests that seem to confirm this more. Apparently the virus I had triggered the attach. The strange thing is that it is quite different from the other bouts I have had, but very classic symptoms. It is also what is causing my disturbed sleep. He ordered more physical therapy for me, and some more meds . I HATE taking medicine! Especially when I have to take so many different things all at once. Of course, now allergy season has struck, so I have more complications I didn't need.

Elaine, hope the PT helps you as much as mine seems to help me. I LOVE the deep muscle massage! It feels especially good after the excersise! I would love to get in our Jacuzzi, but our well pressure has not been good lately, and it takes an hour to fill it, so I haven't done that.

Hope you find your pooch, Carol! It seems if I have a dog who is going to escape, they always do it when I am in a hurry!

I got the suitcases out to start packing!! DS is calling me daily now to talk about the trip. Do you think he is excited???

Diane, I'm glad they are at least confident in their diagnosis and I hope things continue to improve for you.

E, I hope you feel better too! Mrs. AlabamaAlan has SI joint problems and her back goes out every few years. When she feels it coming she can often prevent it by doing the exercises she is supposed to always be doing

Carol, I'm glad your pooch returned so that you don't have that to worry about all day. Of course, it will be bath time when you get home...

Gina, if your angel uniform discount only works for the contractor and roofer, perhaps your husband can put on a little apron and give a funny handshake to the mason

Thanks again, all for the good wishes. Things feel a bit better today with the pain med they gave me. It still hurts but it is a heck of a lot more tolerable than even yesterday!

Lorraine, the muscle relaxant seems to have worn off... I don't feel so "spacey" but I know the pain killer is still doing its job. Which is great for me! I haven't been able to sit w/o being in pain for a long time!!! Then again I haven't been able to do much of anything w/o pain for a while (and yes, I rode all those coasters feeling the way I do now!)

Glad you had a gret time at Kennywood though!!! Enjoy your day at Sandcastle!!

Carol, glad that you found Susie and that it appears that she didn't catch the bunny.

Diane, glad that the test showed some good results for you. I also hope that you can get the FM under control so that it doesn't hurt you like this. And I'd love to get a massage as part of therapy... oh and an FYI, if you have FM and get a presricption for warm water therapy, you can buy a hot tub and write a part of it off of your taxes??? Found that out this weekend... and yes, I am hoping that eventually she suggests this to me

Diane-Glad to hear that you got a diagnosis....now hopefully they'll be able to treat the symptoms & make you feel a bit better. It definately does sound like your DS is excited about WDW.

Carol-I'm so relieved that Susie came back. We keep Boomer on a rope now becasue he had a tendency to roam. He would run after absolutley anything....twice he caught skunks

Not a good week here. First the layoffs at work, and I now I find out that a very nice co-worker who has been fighting cancer is near death and is expected to pass away within a day or two. So, once again this week, I am asking for your thoughts and prayers for him to pass away as peacefully and pain free as possible. God Bless you, Shawn. You will be missed.

Diane, I am glad to hear that you have a diagnosis and are improving.

I have a wonderful DH. After I called and left him a message about Susie's little adventure, (she is HIS dog), he came home this morning and bathed her. Now I don't have to. YAY!! And, he blocked around the shed to prevent this from happening again. Now I wonder what else she can think of.
