In addition to the BEO, I received an "Estimated Event Budget" (also a PDF file), which was much shorter (only about 2 pages long) and that was where all the prices were.

Same here. I think your coordinatore probably forgot to send you the budget file!!

The BEO ("Banquet Event Orders") are just to make sure everything is listed that you want in your wedding. My coordinator told me that "if it's not in the BEO it won't be in your wedding, so make sure to look it over very carefully!"

Read that BEO VERY, VERY, VERY CAREFULLY! Read it line by line. Make any corrections or questions you have on there and email them to the coordinator at once! Once you sign and return that puppy, it's your event! I would delay signing it until around the time you pay... we have. I have to FAX that monster back today!

We realized what our inclement weather plan for the dessert party based on the BEO was... the one we just woudn't use! Check everything including the people supposed to be in limos, the cake layers and decorations, ceremony music, processional orders, etc. Use a fine tooth comb. The BEO is what gets sent to everyone that has any part in your wedding from Disney's side of the house. If it's wrong there, you're not goign to have much luck in fixing the situation.

The others are right... you should have gotten another PDF file with the final "budget" owed in it.
